Overbuilding is the whole point
Overkill was founded on the principle of overbuilding and thinking outside the box. With that as our core value, we hire first for creativity, integrity, and innovation — and we build things that outlast the people who use them.
We partner with local high schools to find enterprising young adults with a love of building. We're also proud advocates for the disability community — the preciseness, attention to detail, and sense of justice that society has traditionally labeled a "disability" are exactly what make a carpenter who builds things that last for generations.
